I'm an avid home brewer, inventor and generally curious guy hailing from the great state of North Carolina.  I founded the East of Elon Home Brewing Cooperative to provide resources to help other people share in the joy of home brewing.  When I'm not blogging I can be found exploring the great outdoors, running, cycling and skiing often with my two Golden Retrivers.
